About the Founder

 

Ina Sanders was born in Russia, grew up in Germany and also spent some time in South America. After completing her degree in Business Management she worked in corporations in Germany, France and Switzerland specialising in logistics, project management, process management, marketing, sales, quality and information management, before migrating to Australia in 2002. In her career Ina held various senior management roles and served on the board of an Australian non-profit organisation. At 25, Ina was appointed Director for projects in the area of marketing, sales and supply chain management in a globally operating Swiss logistic corporation. Her development was mainly due to the fact that during her studies she was part of a team that developed an innovative logistic system that even after 20 years is still going strong in Europe. It was based on rigorous and complex data analytics that changed the industry. This is were Ina discovered her love for data. She has seen first hand the power and impact data had on an entire industry. In Australia she obtained her masters degree in theological studies and decided to use her corporate expertise in the non-profit industry. With over 10 years experience in the non-profit sector, Ina understands their challenges and how to work through them towards measurable outcomes.

 

Ina's main principles are passion, honesty, integrity and professionalism.

 

Early 2015 Ina decided to start her own boutique consultancy firm, Informed Strategies.

When asked about the driving force behind her decision, this was her answer:
